It is hard to submit feedback via the Avis website because you must create an account on a separate website. I did not receive a survey from Avis about my rental experience. I stated that this was unacceptable but received no apology. So, the check-in employee had to run after the car to complete the inspection, and I had to run after the employee. By the time I found a check-in employee, a driver had already driven away with my rental. I had to chase down an employee to check in my car.
